The city of Indianapolis no longer allows residents to put "For Sale" signs on their own cars parked on their own property, explains the city's brochure on the subject.  The best part -- and by best of course I mean worst -- is how openly and casually the pamphlet announces this information, not even attempting to make it sound less ridiculous than it is.  Maybe they're that open about it because they are sure no one will object:
