Zombie Raaaaacism vs Real Racism

Tom DiLorenzo's ultra-PC university (but I repeat myself) is considering disciplining him for ties to a "hate group." Must leftish organizations always comport themselves like zombies?

Incidentally, if the hate-sniffers of hyper-liberal academia and the left-wing Southern Poverty Law Center truly cared about ending racism (rather than employing the term as an epithet against dissidents who deviate from the Oprahized, Dr. Phil-approved PC line), they would turn their crosshairs on real racism: I.E. the War on Drugs, The Wars overseas, and The Federal Reserve.

The more uplifting elements of the left's platform are hobbled by their attachment to the state; they love it more than they hate racism (or love peace).

The Southern Avenger on Mel Gibson

I adore this monologue. Jack Hunter criticizes the PC response to the Gibson controversy, but necessarily disclaims this by acknowledging Mel's actions were vile. The Southern Avenger has the right tone for a paleo.

Beltway Group Smears Tom Woods

Why does the establishmentarian group Think Progress feel the need to denounce libertarian Tom Woods as a "neoconfederate" and particularly "extreme" CPAC attendee? Because unlike the easy-ignorable actual hatemongers at the conference, they feel threatened by Tom's message.

They indeed should. More and more Americans are coming to realize that more aptly named "predator" drones, bigger military budgets, and war escalations does not constitute change. It doesn't matter whether a PC Democrat of the sort Think Progress favors is carrying it out. Young people in particular couldn't care less about how PC the warmongering line has become, especially since the message of peace and liberty so well-articulated by heroes like Tom Woods is now a viable alternative.

Human beings -- who enjoy laughing, last time I checked -- will never adhere to the Dr.Phil-esque, wishy-washy, PC "standards" Think Progress is attempting to force on all of society. But even if we did, being PC doesn't excuse TP's favored politicians for the sin of killing innocent people. That Woods is so consistent in condemning both Republican and Democrat wars -- even when poor foreigners totally ignored by the establishment are the primary victims -- tells you all you need to know about his character.

RE: Libertarian Women

It's inevitable that this subject is going to occasionally resurface in the minds of honest libertarians since:

1) It is relevant, because an all "bros" movement is ridiculously lame and functionally ineffective. (not to mention smelly)

2) It exists, as objectively demonstrated by statistics and everyone's personal experience.

Only the "anti-prejudice," stazi, which uses the dumbed-down, dishonest, feel-good, easy-way- out (i.e. politically correct) language of the state to demonize "thought offenders," would deny either of the two above points.

Also on the PC vein, the yakking of pundits will keep neocon Rush Limbaugh from minority ownership of the St. Louis Rams NFL franchise.
But while supposed "progressives" gossip about Rush, Lyndon Baines Obama appears poised for a massively escalating of the War on Afghanistan.
Yet Barack doesn't seem to understand that bereft of sufficient revenue, only inflation can pay for the carnage of his Imperial legions.
Meanwhile, Ron Paul defends the pro-peace, pro-market position against the "green" warmonger from South Carolina
Paul's son, too, is a force to be reckoned with.
