Glenn Beck: Cut Military Spending and End the Wars

For anyone who missed it, the topic of yesterday's Glenn Beck Show was quite a shock. He advocated a non-interventionist foreign policy and a massive reduction in military spending. I'm usually just as skeptical of Beck as anyone else, but he really deserves credit for this.

The 2000s: A Decade Of Self Delusion?

Pat Buchanan thinks so. Indeed, almost everyone can agree that the first decade of the 21st Century has been unfortunate as ever. Two wars, a global economic crisis, and terrorism on the rise all probably add up to irreversible damage to America.

Buchanan makes excellent points in his article covering many of the issues in pragmatic perspective.  He obviously makes clear distinctions bewteen the once tangible American dream to the grim reality today.  He mentions the weakening dollar, our skyrocketing national debt, the disastrous issues of the stock market and our financial dependence on China. The first article deals with the ongoing crisis in Gaza and advocates Dr.
