Not a sign waving, yelling, disrupting the ceremony sort of protest, but a clever handing out over 700 flyers exposing Bernanke and the Fed to attendees sort of protest.

Working with CampusReform.org's Lindsay Souza, Matt Kneece (in the video) and other members of Young Americans for Liberty distributed hundreds of flyers at the University of South Carolina's commencement ceremony on Saturday.  They didn't disrupt the event or Bernanke's speech; instead, they handed out flyers designed to look like they were an offical school handout -- so attendees actually asked for them!  The idea to do this came from CampusReform.org, and Matt explains more in the video below:

Clever subversive tactics. I like it a lot.

Good job. The reason this is effective is because it was tastefully done. You didn't attack him as a person but his understanding (or lack there of) economics and the practical marketplace.

Also take note fellow YAL members, a suit and a smile is almost always a good choice.

Definitely.  In this case, it made people think they were with the university, so they actually requested the flyers.  This isn't the sort of thing that gets a lot of press, but graduation ceremonies are so long that people will definitely read the paper and get your message.
