I have never seen any of the other student organizations at my university utilize sidewalk chalk before, even though it is one of the lesser regulated methods of communication on campus. If your chapter has not utilized it before, do it! But check your school's policies and restrictions first of course!
Below are some ideas for what to write -- categorized by subject -- starting with the Constitution (Constitution week is Sep. 13-17!) Comment with ideas of your own!

This is an excellent post -- exactly the sort of activism report this blog should have.
Aww thanks Bonnie! There is more where that came from! :)
Looks good - do you write?
I mean, whats one of the biggest complaints people have about the two major parties? That they're constantly bashing eachother and caught up in partisanship.

Thank you sir - do you mean with chalk or like do I actually write? I didn't do any of the chalk work in these pictures, i'm not that creative and don't have handwriting that looks that good :)
I am a decent writer of articles and papers though I would say
I wouldn't write super divisive things, even if theyre true. You have to hook the fish before you can real him in, and you bait that hook with things that interest the people. Harshly bad mouthing Rep/Dems right off the bat could alienate people who otherwise might attend a meeting and be shown the light.
I wholeheartedly agree, sir. I used to be a bit worse about this, though I never was super harsh or divisive. So I would hesitate to chalk 'Obama = Bush 3.0', but I would not hesitate to argue this to people with factual documented examples
I just think its important to remember that we are the outsiders. People already don't want to believe what we believe - and why should they? No one else does.
Its for that reason that we have to be especially delicate when conveying our message. We know we're right, but focusing on bashing either party winds up boxing out a lot of would-be converts. I think its best to bash policy. Is the liberty message forfeited in any way if the sidewalk chalk rails against bailouts, welfare, and tyranny instead of offering drive-bys against the Republican and Democratic parties?
I'd have to disagree with you here. Polls show that a significant portion of Americans agree with libertarianism if it's described as "fiscally conservative, socially liberal." In other words, many people do believe what we believe, they just don't know it yet -- and even if they do, they don't realize there are others like them.
Moreover, while it's true that excessive negativity about the major parties/politicians will turn some people away, there is also considerable distaste for both parties in current popular opinion. So it's important to stay reasonable and honest, but a little party bashing from time to time is unlikely to hurt.
People can be polled however they want, but as long as they still vote for big government, the polls are meaningless. Whether we like it or not, people who vote with a libertarian mindset are the minority. We can dance around it, but every election day that fact is shown to be true.
The fact that most people identify with libertarianism when defined as "fiscally conservative, socially liberal" seems to me a testimony that people are much more willing to listen to an ideas-based presentation than they are continued party bashing. I mean, whats one of the biggest complaints people have about the two major parties? That they're constantly bashing eachother and caught up in partisanship. By waving a banner that piles on both parties right off the bat, youre only offering more of the same, just this time with two scoops of party bashing.
Certainly there is a time and place for criticizing both parties, I just dont know that thats what is going to bring people in the doors.
There is definitely some truth to this.
The worst thing you can do when making the Libertarian, or if you prefer (for those who don't like political parties), Constitutional argument, is to end the conversation before it even begins. It's a delicate balance to be aggressive enough to get the message out there, while simultaneously, trying not to turn people away. Winning on principle, as they say...
True, you shouldn't say divisive things, but bashing dems and GOP isn't divisive. For moderates unaffiliated to either party (our most likely converts), the establishment parties are always viewed skeptically, and they are especially disliked right now. Most ppl are conducive to bashing/joking about the incompetence and corruption of both parties alike.
I found the perfect place for my needs. Contains wonderful and useful messages. I have read most of them and has a lot of them. To me, he's doing the great work.

I've found a website on Baby Monitors. The website www.anextraeye.com has gone out to provide what we feel are the best for price in each category of video baby monitors.
The selection includes wireless baby monitors, wireless digital Baby monitors
as well as wireless usb monitors to help you keep an extra eye on your child.
All of their Video Baby monitors are wireless systems that can help you stay connected and aware of your baby's needs.
They can alert you to times when your baby is crying or needs your help even if you are not in the same room. It is like having an extra set of eyes that help you keep a closer watch on your baby for safety and peace of mind.
Trying to reverse your caravan, trailer or car can be often difficult, sometimes even dangerous. Especially in larger vehicles, or when children are playing behind you. Get peace of mind, and protect your car with a parking sensor system today. You will get alerts from the sensors mounted in the rear bumper, and a speaker inside the car.
