I'm pretty sure for a family of 4, that's under the poverty line.

Well, America has 300,000,000 people in it.  If  you take 8 zeros off that too, it is a family of 3.

We are a family of 2 (seniors) and we live in it everyday.  People in this bracket cannot get any help except 15% off your perscription drugs. How would you like to be in this group?
