I came out slightly less right than you. http://politicalcompass.org/images/usprimaries_2008.png I'm surprised that RP is so high on the Authoritarian scale.

hmm - that seems inaccurate. I would think RP would fall much lower. Try taking the quiz and answering it how he would.

I pretty much did (I think) :-P The only thing I can think of, is that maybe they put him as more authoritarian on social issues, because he's against abortion, illegal immigration, etc.

I'm right where you are. The problem with the compass is that it doesn't differentiate between personal beliefs and beliefs about what government ought to do.
