This past Wednesday, the Glendale Community College (AZ) Young Americans for Liberty chapter held our first official meeting as a group on campus, and hosted Arizona State Coordinator for Campaign for Liberty Shawn Dow as the featured guest speaker. Shawn has been involved with C4L since its founding, and has focused mainly on eliminating red-light cameras, successfully doing so in more than 15 states throughout the country. Shawn spoke with our group about the political corruption involved with the cameras, as well as their effect on traffic accidents, which have substantially increased in nearly every instance where a camera was installed.

In addition, since this was our group's first meeting, Shawn introduced our group to the various activities he has been involved with in activities like street theater, and confrontational politics.
