I'd imagine it's going to be a lot tougher to sell the "end of combat missions" mantra when Americans continue to come home in flag draped caskets. It's going to be even tougher for our government to justify the loss of American lives when (not if) Iraq's government eventually goes belly-up; though, if you ask me, there is NO justification for the lives lost in Iraq, regardless of what happens with their government.
