"Libertarians Should Infiltrate The GOP"

Peter Schiff, well known for his predictions of the economic collapse, is now recommending Libertarians infiltrate the Republican Party before it is too late. Here is a video of his speech to the Libertarian Party of Connecticut:

I couldn't agree more with Peter's assessment, and argue that Libertarianism is what the founding fathers believed. We need to get back to the principles that founded this country; Freedom and Liberty.

Peter is ABSOLUTELY correct and I agree with Robert's assessment. You could call me a "disenchanted" Libertarian as it is a downer voting when you know that your candidate will never win. It is time to bring back Jeffersonian principles of limited government, individual liberty and sound money - also the principles of Ron Paul - to the Republican party.

I think many libertarians let their pride get in the way and they won't vote republican even if it's turned into libertarians.

This sounds like the 'entryist' strategy used by the Trotskyite Militant Tendency in Britain during the 1980s. They made a serious attempt to infiltrate the Labour Party and convert it into a revolutionary Communist party. They failed utterly, completely and humiliatingly.
