While I follow the analogy here I'm not sure the argument is all that compelling. One could reasonably argue that Christ's actions are different as they provided people with a biological need. Music piracy, on the other hand, does no such thing.

If Jesus could do miracles at will such as reproducing the food, he is God. If God created life and sustains it, then God and thus Christ, are the true and ultimate owners of the fish and every ingredient of the bread. Jesus then has the right to reproduce and distribute at will.

Them same could be said of the creator of the software. They can reproduce and distribute on their own terms.

If you are going to make your case against piracy, you need to look elsewhere.

The perspective here is wrong: Jesus did not "copy" bread and fish, God made bread, fish, and life to begin with, and thus is the original owner of all of it. Jesus was just giving away a few freebies of his bread and fish here, instead of the usual route where man must pay for it by hard work. I fail to see how that is even remotely similar to copying and distributing something that somebody else produced.

If you can endlessly copy bread and fish without cost then the fish and bread industries might suffer. Jesus could buy one loaf and one fish and have plenty of food for himself and even give it away to his friends. Then no one needs to buy fish or bread anymore.

I fail to see how Jesus' actions are any different from modern-day “software piracy.” One person buys a song and copies it endlessly for free and gives it away to other people.

This is a funny article. Well, if you put it this way it makes sense. And yes, I strongly believe that Jesus doesn't think software piracy is immoral. Sharing copies of products can only damage your system. But then again, a good antivirus can solve that problem. Anyway, giving free things to other people is for sure not a sin!

I agree that safety is the only issue when it comes to piracy. And of course, like Sofia said, antispyware can solve it. Everyone shares copies of products! That, of course, means that we are all very supportive of each other and we are willing to help all the people around us. Right!

I have recently bought a brand new PC that uses a new computer liquid cooling systems and once my Windows 7 was up I installed my antivirus but at that moment the worst thing happened.
