Is Dick Cheney Unpatriotic?

chenIvan Eland certainly thinks so and so do I!

The former vice president has been noted to be highly critical of the Obama administration, especially regarding foreign policy. Since the attempted terror attack on Christmas Day, Cheney's critical tone has escalated.  He told Politico:

We are at war...We are at war, and when President Obama pretends we aren’t, it makes us less safe.

The president's "low key response" regarding the Christmas Day incident and his refusal to use "the War on Terror," Cheney continued, indicates the president's belief that the War on Terror is more of a law enforcement issue than a military issue.

Well, I suppsoe our  Mr. FORMER Vice President detests to admit all his screw ups. I mean really, who is this guy fooling? This is not 2001 or 2003.  It's as if he's suggesting that all our terror prevention and foreign policy mistakes have occured only within the last year -- and that he should not be held responsible for any of it.

It is most certainly unpatriotic -- or at the very least disingenuous -- for Cheney to hold the present administration accountable for all the US's foreign policy problems and ignore his own administration's contributions, like the starting of two wars.  It dishonest for this man to criticize Obama's foreign policy for not being hawkish enough, when in reality he and his neocon buddies should be holding pom poms in the air and cheering for  Obama's basic continuation of his predecessors' policies (though he focuses on a different war) . I suppose two undeclared wars are not sufficent for Mr. Cheney.

ISLAM Obama  is afraid to SAY  MUSLIM TERRORISTS are what are trying to BOMB American planes..Islam Obama can not SAY that because they are his Muslim Brotherhood and he does not want to OFFEND THEM nor DEFEND America from them...Cheney is right..OBAMA is a weak president who sides with Muslims...

2001 KILL TERRORISTS save the Economy

2008 SAVE TERRORISTS kill the Economy

The facts don't tell a lie..Stop Hating on Cheney and wake up to what is in our WHITE HOUSE..

You are making it sound as if an economy can go south in a day. You commit made it seem that up as soon as the Democrats took the Congress we woke up in a recession. As if the events that created the bubble were a creation of a switch in party, and not years of ignorance by all of those in Congress, the White House, and the Financial System (with few exceptions).

The choices of the Bush Administration (and other administrations prior) and the Federal Reserve Board Members appointed by that administration, along with the Congresses of 2008 and the past created the atmosphere that led to the crash in 07, 08, 09, and 10.

It didn't really matter if it was Bush or Obama, Republican or Democrat, their fiscal policy and monetary policy are nearly identical.

haha the crazy neocon above is screaming "leave Dick alone! Leave him alone!!!"

Dick IS a major reason for Muslim extremism. Read Mike Ruppert's "Crossing the Rubicon" you'll learn a lot about your infallible DICKHEAD CHENEY. Additionally, you'll learn that Obama and Bush are identical as DG pointed out already. Cheney is a prima facie case of tough national security, however, lacking in substance and results. He and the agencies in charge of hunting terrorists look tough on terrorism, but were no harder on it than the current admin. Considering Bush set up TSA, which failed on Christmas day to do what it was supposed to do. How is that Obama being light on terror? Everyone knew that Cheney would start pulling this shit as soon as Obama came into office, all the while claiming that it was Bush and himself that kept America safe. You'd have to have a skull thicker than pavement to believe it.

Who cares what he has to say.  The truth is, both Republicans and Democrats are complicit and guilty, and it is the Big government of our one-party system which is our enemy.   The biggest threat to our security and liberty is our government, all of them pretend to be offering something different, but they all continue the same agenda.
