On August 22nd, YAL at UVa-Wise made its first step in making liberty win by actively recruiting thirty-four students during its fall activities fair. Handing out literature, pocket Constitutions, sugary-snacks, and information about liberty seemed to beckon the curiosity of these thirty-four individuals. It was quite difficult managing a table by myself for the majority of the duration I was out there, but I will stop at nothing to recruit future liberty-warriors here on my campus. Actively recruiting, guys, makes a tremendous difference in recruitment tactics. Starting with a simple "hello" and asking students what they think are the most important issues facing this country, and ending with a considerably-great number of signatures means a lot to this movement. Once the interest meeting is held, and more liberty-loving individuals on my campus join this wonderful movement, we will proceed to #makelibertywin on our campus, community, and wherever else this movement takes us. This is only the beginning...
