Is there anyway we could overload the White House with irrelevant reports so they ultimately "track" nothing and shut this thing down.

Why don't we all just start sending the whitehouse reports informing them that there action is illegal. After enough reports they're bound to do something about it and when they do, they will most likely look like fools.
