This is a decent video, except for its failure to address the foreign policy issue. I realize that it was probably attempting to grab a larger audience by excluding it, which is understandable, but that's a lot to exclude.
Other than that, I'd simply add that, while bad on many issues, Alan Grayson is so great on the Fed that I don't think he should be thrown out with the bathwater, as it were.
probably made by a neocon who'd vote for a conservative statist, rino, and neocon...
Coming after them with what? Sarah Palin?
Yeah, there's two Republicans running against Ron Paul in my area who claim the same things. The reality is, they don't really represent what we are about... they're just riding the Tea Party Wave to get elected. Disgusting.
while im not sure who made it, this video was made famous by John Birch Society and conservative blogs including neo conservative blogs like www.powerlineblog.com
Clearly I do not agree with everything powerline blog writes and all the conspiracy theories of the john birch society.
However I do find it weird that Alan Grayson gets a pass becouse he is skeptical of the federal reserve but at the same time... against 2nd amandment, for increasing the income tax, for WTO, for nationalized healthcare. etc
To be fair Sarah Palin has also at least stated that she wants to get rid of Department of Education and was for the Federal Reserve audit. So its kinda strange to see libertarians give grayson a break but treat Palin like cancer.
I'm sorry but Sarah Palin is the epitome of what's wrong with Neoconservatism -- I highly doubt she is serious about ending the Department of Education and for someone who speaks out against the "socialist agenda" of this president, she socialized oil profits in Alaska and used then to fund government welfare programs.... As for the video - it reeks of the typical "i'm a conservative now" bs that all the neocons have suddenly embraced after forgetting about it for 8 years -- lets see how anti-government they are when we argue that the government should be left out of social issues like gay marriage and abortion...
