Comparing physical product sales to the sale of information is really Apples & Oranges.  Disingenuous at best.

It seems to me that the argument posited by copyright proponents is that without appropriate economic incentive, innovation in the marketplace will suffer. While I agree that sales of physical product aren't directly comparable to sales of information product, I have to admit that the data forwarded in this talk are compelling; it is quite obvious that the inability to copyright or patent clothing design has not caused undue harm to innovators, and in fact has encouraged them to innovate more and faster.

It is, at the very least, something interesting to think upon.

I love how everyone tries to trap Ron Paul in a question that he can't answer but he quickly gives the facts on the subject, says what the most constitutional, smart solution is, and always prevails in the argument.

I have always considered that fashion is more than fitting clothing with accessories. Being in fashion is, in fact, being connected to the world`s cultures, being able to tell vintage from futurist pieces. Fashion is attitude toward the history of mankind. While most of the people would look at a fashion show, at some pageant dresses for girls, and they`d see some fine couture, the genuine fashionistas would look at those dresses just in time to see some sort of a "zeitgeist" of aesthetics combined with the social pulse.
