Attendee Information:

Dress-

While attending the 2009 YAL National Convention you should plan on a "Business Casual" environment.  Slacks and a polo or shirt for the guys and dress or khakis for the girls.  That is to stay, steer clear of the jeans, baseball caps, tube tops, and t-shirts. 

Lodging-

As for the lodging, the Leadership Institute will provide dorm-style lodging with bunk beds.  Keep this in mind when you are packing and refrain from bringing your entire bedroom.  Adequate clothing, toiletries, a towel, spending money if you go out, and whatever other essentials you would bring on a weekend trip.

Travel-

Finally, if you have not already done so, please make your travel arrangements immediately. Please plan to arrive at the Leadership Institute before 6pm ET on Thursday, July 30th and depart after 6pm on Sunday, August 2nd (Monday morning suggested).  Lodging is provided Thursday through Monday morning.

The Leadership Institute's physical address is 1101 N. Highland Street Arlington, VA 22201.  You are responsible for your transportation to and from the Leadership Institute building.
