It's that time of the year and, no, I'm not talking about books. I'm talking about recruiting those freshmen for your YAL group! What is the below label about? Keep reading for more information!

You might be thinking to yourself, "what in the heck is that label for?" This might explain things a bit:

Here at Wake Forest University, the Freshmen Student Activities Fair is tomorrow and we decided to use a little idea for inexpensive recruiting, and a great way to get new members. This is North Carolina, it is hot, and who doesn't drink water? Especially free water?

We decided to buy cases of water, remove the labels, and put on our very own YAL recruitment labels! The idea is simple enough and the cost is great for an easy activism idea.
We will be passing these very custom YAL water bottles out all over campus tomorrow, directing people to our table, and ultimately signing them up for membership. This idea, coupled with many other tactics and materials we will be giving out, will make a big impact on the fair tomorrow.
Total activism cost:
- Water: $29.50
- Paper: $2.50
Now, go get those freshman!

Jared, where can I get this label?
Yes, please post the label online for others to edit and print!
See the bottom of the post in "File Attachments", it is now attached so y'all can play with it and give 'em out on your water, coke, what have you bottles!
btw, since I had a couple people ask me personally, we just put three of these per 8X11 sheet, printed them on blue, regular paper, and cut and taped 'em right on. KISS principle is applied (keep it simple stupid--something I often fail to execute) and its easy enough.
***Special Note, the label is in 300DPI for good printing quality, and is sized to fit Dasani water bottles like a glove (at least the ones we used).
awesome work, and idea YAL!!!
As a middle aged american for liberty - I dont normally post to these things, but I have to say this is a great medium to share a message with.
Keep up the effort
Huggies, coozies......could someone print these out on can or bottle holders?
Id buy a few! GREAT conversation starter , you better date em as the numbers get bigger and bigger on us all the time....lol.
Anybody in College Station that wants to start a YAL group I can join? I can't start groups on campus because I'm just a fish...
cool idea Jared. Keep setting a great example for the rest of us! :]
Boy howdy, my little printer is going to be BUSY!
