ABOUT The Prometheus Institute is a libertarian public policy think tank based in Los Angeles California. Its goals are to discover practical public policy solutions; to advance the fundamental American principles of liberty, open markets, free choice, and the rule of law and peace; to help create public demand for policy ideas; to pioneer the creative marketing of ideas; and to help strengthen American democracy. The Prometheus Institute also engages in activism events on college campuses. This fall, they are bridging the gap between theory and reality by going to colleges with the campaign, “People for the American Dream.”
