Conference Schedule

Acommodations

The purpose of this conference is to provide an introduction to and exploration of the related subjects of free trade and globalization. The first part of this conference will focus on the classic economic and political rationales for the policies of free trade and protectionism. The second part of the conference will examine globalization in detail. In particular, the participants will be asked to consider whether trade, corporations, and international financial institutions are having a positive or negative impact on human welfare and culture.
