To celebrate Constitution Day and the publication of the eighth volume of the annual Cato Supreme Court Review.

In the Cato Supreme Court Review, leading legal scholars analyze the most important cases of the Supreme Court's most recent term. The Review is published annually on Constitution Day, in tandem with a major symposium. It is the first scholarly review to appear after the term’s end and the only one to critique the court from a Madisonian perspective. “Cato, with its emphasis on limited government and individual rights, has weighed in with a book of essays by academics and practicing lawyers that manages to skewer liberal and conservative justices alike.”—Tony Mauro, Supreme Court correspondent, Legal Times

“The Cato Supreme Court Review is a welcome voice in the struggle to keep government to its constitutional principles.”

—Laura W. Murphy, director, ACLU Washington National Office
