YAL's third annual National Convention, July 25-29 in Arlington, VA is an exclusive five-day event for the top youth activists, candidates, and campaign staffers from across the country to receive the best preparation available for success in 2012. Only admitted members of YAL or Year of Youth are eligible to attend.
If you are serious about "winning on principle" and want to make fighting for liberty your future and full-time career, apply to attend this convention. All five days will equip you with the knowledge and skills to lead on your campus and manage a campaign immediately -- not to mention, this is an opportunity to meet and network with the best and brightest activists and experts around.
You will learn more about the real nature of politics after five days at the YAL National Convention than an entire four-year political science degree.
Thanks to sponsorships by generous YAL donors, ticket prices are only $30. Attendees will receive three meals each day, expert training, supplies to take home, and the best political experience of your life. Lodging at the Leadership Institute dorms and a local hotel will be provided for free until they are full.
Due to YAL's growth, 125 YAL members will be accepted to attend the convention this year -- nearly twice the number we were able to accomodate last year. Here are the basic details for attendees:
When: Monday, July 25 - Friday 29, 2011. Please plan to arrive on Sunday, July 24 and leave on Saturday, July 30.
Where: Training will take place at the Leadership Institute, next door to YAL's national HQ in Arlington, VA.
Cost: Just $30 for the entire convention! This includes meals, training, and supplies.
Who: 125 of YAL's top activists and Year of Youth candidates and campaign staffers will be accepted to attend this invitation-only event.
What: This year, the annual YAL National Convention has been extended to five days to provide you with the best campaign and campus training available. There will be featured keynote speakers throughout the convention as well.
For questions or more information, please email YAL's National Convention Director, Lauren Evans, at convention@yaliberty.org.
This is your opportunity to network with the top youth activists in the country and receive the advanced level training for you to effectively run for office, manage a campaign, and lead your YAL chapter. Don't miss this opportunity!
